Good day,
i am Using an Asus Rog Strix B760-I Mainboard with an Intel NIC I226-V NIC which prevents higher C-States under Linux.
If the Network cable is unplugged immediately the system can reach C6-C10 otherwise the system is stuck at C2-C3.
CPU Intel 12100
Mainboard Asus Rog Strix B760
OS: Unraid
Kernel:6.1.79
Asus support did some testing with Windows and could reach C10 so it looks like that the Linux drive may be the issue.

We wanted to let you know that since the Ethernet card is embedded on the board, there may be custom BIOS and drivers provided by the OEM/Manufacturer. Therefore, we kindly request you to contact the OEM/Manufacturer, as they are best equipped to troubleshoot your issue.
