Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS)
Services Provided:- Comprehensive Case Management services and/or referral services are provided to any family who has a child with physical, intellectual, or emotional problems.
- Families served include those who are on SSI, Medicaid, CSHCN, as well as families referred from the community or self-referrals. The CSHCN program provides health care benefits for children who are residents of Texas, who have a chronic physical problem and are under the age of 21, or who have Cystic Fibrosis at any age, and the family's income is 200% or less of federal poverty guidelines.
- There is a waiting list and families must complete an application for eligibility.

Services Provided:- Comprehensive Case Management services and/or referral services are provided to any family who has a child with physical, intellectual, or emotional problems.
- Families served include those who are on SSI, Medicaid, CSHCN, as well as families referred from the community or self-referrals. The CSHCN program provides health care benefits for children who are residents of Texas, who have a chronic physical problem and are under the age of 21, or who have Cystic Fibrosis at any age, and the family's income is 200% or less of federal poverty guidelines.
- There is a waiting list and families must complete an application for eligibility.
