The CSHCN program provides health care benefits for children who are residents of Texas, who have a chronic physical problem and are under the age of 21, or who have Cystic Fibrosis at any age, and the family's income is 200% or less of federal poverty guidelines.
    • There is a waiting list and families must complete an application for eligibility.
